President Barzani, PMF Chief Fayyadh Discuss Iraq Developments
President Barzani met Popular Mobilization Forces head Falih al-Fayyadh on Nov. 4 to discuss Iraq’s political process and coordination between parties.
ERBIL (Kurdistan24) - President Masoud Barzani received Falih al-Fayyadh, head of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), on Wednesday, for talks on Iraq’s political situation and the latest developments in the country and the wider region.
Barzani Headquarters announced the meeting in a statement, saying the president welcomed al-Fayyadh on Nov. 4.
According to the statement, the two sides exchanged views on the political situation and the latest developments in Iraq and the region.
The statement added that the meeting also shed light on Iraq’s political process and on coordination between the parties.
